Summer 2025 Schedule

The ATS-SPOT course evaluation team coordinates with departments to ensure the accurate and timely administration of course evaluations, facilitating prompt access to essential feedback.

Summer Courses Lasting 6 Weeks or Less

  • Evaluations Open: 7 days before the last day of instruction
  • Evaluations Close: On the last day of instruction

Summer Courses Lasting More Than 6 Weeks

  • Evaluations Open: 14 days before the course end date
  • Evaluations Close: On the last day of instruction

No course selection changes will be accepted past Monday, June 9th

Summary Results 

  • Summary Reports will be emailed to the instructor’s ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï inbox on Thursday, September 11, 2025. 
  • Available to departments via SPOT Dashboards and SharePoint on Thursday, September 11, 2025.
