Data Day 2023

The first annual Data Day at the Beach was held on April 22, 2023, at ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï Long Beach! Participants included ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï Long Beach, Long Beach City College, and Long Beach Unified faculty, students (and some family and friends), and administrators.

Attendees had the opportunity to:

  • Attend an informative panel that included industry professionals of color from Apple, Northrop, and NBC Universal, and faculty from ºÚÁϳԹÏ.
  • Engage in hands-on data-related interactive activities in the computer lab.
  • Receive a nice "swag bag" of goodies that included a Data Day T-shirt, pen, tote bag, key chain, and a lanyard.
  • Enjoy free parking, morning refreshments and a catered lunch.
