This section of the Enrollment Services website is for ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï students who are taking classes at other institutions to fulfill a requirement and for visitors to ºÚÁϳԹÏ, who are taking classes at ºÚÁϳԹÏ. Additionally, you can find information on the Older Adult Degree Program, ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï Fully Online, the Young Scholars program (available to high school students), College of Professional and Continuing Education (CPaCE) programs, and other non-traditional access programs to The Beach!
ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï Students
- Visitor Enrollment: Attend classes at another ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï campus for one term (you may visit for one term only).
- Concurrent Enrollment: Attend classes at another ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï campus while enrolled at ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï in the same term.
- ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï Fully Online Program: Take an online course from another ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï while enrolled in classes at ºÚÁϳԹÏ.
- Cross Enrollment: Attend a class at a University of California campus or participating California Community College while enrolled at ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï the same term.
Students who have completed one Fall or Spring semester at ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï and are in good academic standing may be eligible to visit one of our 22 ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï sister campuses for one term of academic work. You must meet the following requirements and conditions in order to participate in this program:
Undergraduate Student Requirements
- Completed at least 12 units at ºÚÁϳԹÏ.
- Have a GPA of at least 2.0 in all work completed at ºÚÁϳԹÏ.
- Be in good academic standing.
Graduate Student Requirements
- Completed one semester at ºÚÁϳԹÏ.
- Have a GPA of at least 3.0 in all work completed at ºÚÁϳԹÏ.
- Be in good academic standing.
Conditions for Enrollment
- Students will be approved for Visitor Enrollment for one term only.
- Approval is subject to space availability, registration priority policies and deadlines of the host campus.
- Academic advisement is available only through ºÚÁϳԹÏ.
- Overlap in academic terms may not be possible. Check with the host campus.
- Students may be required to provide proof of completion of prerequisites.
- Financial Aid is available only through ºÚÁϳԹÏ.
The Concurrent and Visitor Enrollment Form is available for download or may be picked up at Enrollment Services (BH-101). If your request is approved, and after you have paid fees, you may submit your form to the host campus. Contact the campus you wish to attend for registration deadlines and procedures.

The ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï Fully Online program is open to full-time continuing ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï students. The goal is to expand the availability of online courses to address student demand for courses that lead towards timely graduation. The program provides an opportunity for full-time continuing ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï students to enroll in one online course per term offered by another ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï campus. Students must meet the following requirements and conditions in order to participate in this program:

Credit earned at the ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï campus offering the online course is automatically reported to ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï and included on your transcript. For course information see the website.
If you are a California resident currently enrolled at ºÚÁϳԹÏ, you may enroll in one undergraduate course per academic term at a participating University of California campus or California Community College.
You must meet the necessary course prerequisites and obtain approval from both ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï and the campus you plan to attend. In addition, you must:
- have completed at least one semester at ºÚÁϳԹÏ.
- have maintained a 2.0 GPA in all work completed.
- be in good academic standing.
- be enrolled in at least 6 units at ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï for the term in which you plan to cross enroll.
- have paid the appropriate fees at ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï for the term in which you plan to cross enroll.
- be an undergraduate student.
The host campus will charge a $10 fee plus any material and laboratory fees associated with the class in which you cross enroll. Use of the host campus's facilities may be restricted; health services are limited to emergencies only. Contact the campus you wish to attend for registration deadlines and procedures.
Non-ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï Students
- Visitor Enrollment: Attend classes at ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï from another ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï campus for one term (you may visit for one term only)
- Concurrent Enrollment: Attend classes at ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï from another ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï campus while enrolled there at the same time.
- ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï Fully Online Program: Take an online course at ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï while enrolled in classes at another ºÚÁϳԹÏ
- Cross Enrollment (Currently Closed): Attend a class at ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï from a UC school or participating California Community College while enrolled at that school.
